Lambert's Bay Wine & Food Tour


Discover the smallest wine route in South Africa, "Wine of Origin Lambert's Bay".
We start our tour at Bettie Bok where we will taste local artisan Goat's Cheese.
Cheese maker en farmer WA Hugo will share his passion for cheese making with us.
What better to experience in a small town in the Wild West Coast of South Africa as to pair local cuisine and hand crafted local wines.
Our next stop is "Roestyd" to just do this.
Our last stop on the tour is Kookfontein Wines where we will stroll through the vineyards for a mini vineyard tour.
In the over 150 year old farm house, dating back from 1840, a wine tasting of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc and chocolate will be considered your dessert stop. If we are lucky the owners Joos en Theunette will join in for a personal chat.

11h30 Wine & Food Pairing at Roestyd
13h00 Depart for Kookfontein (we may change location depending on the day of the week)
13h30 Wine & Chocolate tasting (vineyard tour included depending on the location)
15h00 Tour ends

Tours are available from Monday to Sunday.
Not all activities may be available at all times, but this will be discussed with the group beforehand.
Should you prefer a tour on a Sunday; the itinerary will be adapted according to which activities are available.
